Magic Factory animation studio is looking for a MATERIAL-ARTIST in UE4
Job responsibilities:
- Shading assets in UE4 for photoreel and high resolution;
- Writing customized materials to meet the needs of specific assets in UE4;
- Creating procedural and customized textures;
- Creating customized masks for different assets;
- Setting up water shaders with the Waterline plugin and VAT objects;
Requirements:
- Knowledge of UE4 tools;
- Knowledge of the basics of frame composition, color schemes, shape and light;
- Ability to work with materials and blueprints (writing customized HLSL shaders will be a huge plus);
- Knowledge of modern technologies and approaches to content production and optimization;
- Knowledge of Substance Designer and Substance Painter/Mari;
